Dealing With Stress and Emotional Trauma

It's the holiday season and the bustling has begun.Office workers preparing end of year reports, traders are trying to make up for the loss of the whole year. The heat causing a major crisis in all of these situations we are bound to be pressured so in all these here are some tips to relax.
When you feel stressed take a deep breath, breath in and out, heave lightly and empty your brain of all thoughts.
If you still feel stressed if you have the oppourtunity to do some minor exercises, walk around, twist your neck and relaxyour knuckles.
You can also sit for about two minutes and just relax drop everything you are doing and free your mind.
Lastly which is my own option put on your headphones or earpieces and listen to the current Adele '25' album.
