Hi guys, how's the day going. a lot of news have flown out today, both good and not expected, but still on still, we trust God to work things out for us.   Matthew 6:5  When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. Many of us have a prayer life when everyone else is praying, or we become prayer warriors when we attend prayer conferences. Na we dae lead prayer meeting, we attend the 20 days marathon speaking in tongues program and our tongues are in bold print capital letters but when we speak of having that same relationship one on one with God. As in, the relationship where we commune and have a personal rapport with our Maker then we find out our attendance sheet is marked absent. Many of us will hold ourselves to a standard of one man of God and want to have an amazing showmanship when we haven't go

Luke 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: Still on this judgement matter, so apart from being oga judge some of us have now been gifted with the ability to determine where others are going to after death. I've heard people say 'you did this so your hell is sure', or say ' I don't think God can forgive you'. Some of us have become Father and Mother Confessor who listen to, judge and condemn actions.  We form an Holy of the Holies clique filled with our self conceited selves , we've killed people with our judgements, we've made them go back to sinning. We led them to believe that Christ has nothing to offer than wrath and punishments both in this life and in life after death.  Not excluding myself because I've found myself telling people 'your heaven is shaking '

Happy new week guys, I feel that greeting is getting old. Don't worry I'm thinking of ways to spice up my opening speech. Matthew 7:1 Amplified Bible (AMP) Do not judge and criticize and condemn [others unfairly with an attitude of self-righteous superiority as though assuming the office of a judge], so that you will not be judged [unfairly].  Permit me to give this definition of our modern day christianity.  Christianity is defined as a group of people in the same line of belief that judge the actions of everyone in the church, around the church and outside the church but justify their own actions. Now, Jesus here wasn't saying we couldn't judge each other oh, but judgment as we can see in the verse above in a self conceited manner. Hi guys, beyond all doubt God is good and we trust His plans for us. “And there are [distinctive] ways of working [to accomplish things], but it is the same God who produces all things in all believers [inspiring, energizing, and empowering them].” 1 CORINTHIANS 12:6 AMP We all have our methods in making things work. We have opinions and ideas as to how things are supposed to be achieved, but it is just one God that produces everything that we possess . God produced the opinions and ideas in us. He inspires us in achieving our goals and all we have set out to do.  Many of us rest assuredly know that our creativity is not abinibi or our ability but God's ability that works in us to birth colorful stuffs. Take this example, have you ever wondered where Adam got the sense to name all the animals, how he was able to come up with the General name 'bird' and then give individual names to the species. Good evening guys, for once I had a restful holiday. “You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;” ‭‭MATTHEW‬ ‭5:14‬ ‭AMP‬‬ We are the light of Christ, I just love this. We shine in Christ, it's like this. We are like a light bulb that needs electricity to come on, we are the light bulbs and Christ is the electricity we need to be connected to light up errywhere. As a Christian we are to light up the world, we are cities that can't be hidden. Many of us prefer to hide jare, we prefer to not shine, we say we don't want the attention, yet it's that we are too lazy to shine. Okay guys, pretty late? I'm only human.  ““Blessed [spiritually calm with life-joy in God’s favor] are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they will [express His character and] be called the sons of God.” MATTHEW 5:9 AMP There are some called to pull  asunder (woe it is to them that do such to what God put together) but then there are some that can't exist in the midst of strife , they always search for a way to resolve such matters. They make peace when there is unrest and maintain, ensuring that the peace treaties are not breached and are adhered to. This version says that 'they will express His character and be called the son of God'. Simply means, they will be Godlike, acting and talking like Christ. They will exhibit Christ like behaviors and you will see them and call them the sons of God. Even an unsaved will recognize their sonship. Be a peace maker and maintainer. You feel that maybe just maybe it's not all worth it, the wait and faith. You feel like you're holding on to a thin thread and you might soon lose your grip. Lemme break it to you, the trials are normal (normal because Christ went through it, and He didn't promise you anything less). For emphasis sake there's the 'actually purchased'  part, so we can understand what it means to be bought. As in somebody paid something for your head, it's like the way men feel they have a right over you as a female because they've paid your bride price.  We weren't then just bought with money or a couple of yams and Schnapps, we were bought by the precious blood of Jesus, as in someone paid 'a life for a life'; 'blood for blood', by so doing you became His property, He became your Lord. Good evening guys, it's the weekend and it's time to relax and breath for ten seconds before Monday will coman take over again  Ephesians 4:26-27 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. If there's a reason why I love Bro Paul, it will be because of his good play of words. Yesterday I woke up in a very lousy mood, so I had a sour countenance and was very angry for the most part of the day. Whilst in my anger I didn't really speak to anyone, I kept by myself yet I sinned, because in my process of venting I said stuff I wasn't supposed to say.  Firstly, it is because you gave place to the devil that you could be angry, if you don't allow the devil to minister anger to you, then you won't have any reason to be angry. Paul went further to say, be angry but sin not, and I know we all know that's impossible. Even if you now manage to not sin, you will surely dwell on it till the next day

Good day guys, how were the holidays? The prekend  is here, brace yourself. “And they, [the ungodly in their spiritual apathy], having become callous and unfeeling, have given themselves over [as prey] to unbridled sensuality, eagerly craving the practice of every kind of impurity [that their desires may demand].” EPHESIANS 4:19 AMP NIV says they've lost all sensitivity and given into sensuality. So they stopped heeding to the Spirit, they stopped taking note of those nudges that the Holy Spirit was giving them and fully immersed themselves and indulged themselves in the emotions and feelings of the flesh. They've become uncallous and wicked, always conscious of 'self'. The unfeeling here is best explained by what our government does, steal money without apologies. These guys now go ahead to enthusiastically await opportunities  to be professional practitioners of impure acts and desires.  Let us however, eagerly await opportunities to be profession

Hi guys, good evening. Happy holidays.  John 15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. Jesus is telling us to take note that the servant isn't greater or exclusive from his lord. The same process will happen, you know what I learn from my Pastor, he carries the broom to sweep, claiming that he's a worker. Now let's understand the servant isn't greater than the master and the master isn't greater than the servant. Now the measure of grace will be different but the process is the same. If Christ was spat at and beaten expect more, if He was insulted expect all the insults. If they always gathered to listen to Jesus, if Jesus even escaped in a ship and they followed Him there then when you go out, they will listen. Don't expect special treatment. Good day guys, it's the holidays soon so let's relax a bit. However, some of us are stuck in traffic but we'll be fine. Hebrews 11:39 These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, This is the faith chapter that also cited the names of our fathers of faith, who were promised such great things and didn't get to see those things happen, howbeit, having a strong and deep faith that God who has promised will surely bring all to pass. I know that many of us might not probably wanna read this right now but be sure that all of God's promises will come to pass but if your rapture happens sooner then the promises will be accomplished in the life of your next generation. It doesn't mean that God didn't answer, but our time is not His time. Though the promises may tarry, yet let your faith be unwavering. That the promise made to Abraham be perfected is the reason  the Israelites went into slavery. Trus

Oh dear Lord, forgive me for my inconsistency. A lot has been going on. 1 Kings 19:3 And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there. So this verse is talking about Elijah, when he felt threatened by Jezebel, he ran away for his life. However, that's not my focus, my focus is on that his servant that he left there. The guy had a servant and must have asked him to 'tarry ye here, o servant ' that sorta dialogue. 2 Kings 2:4 And Elijah said unto him, Elisha, tarry here, I pray thee; for the Lord hath sent me to Jericho. And he said, As the Lord liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. So they came to Jericho. So Elijah wanted to go away and he did his usual 'tarry here' instruction and  Elisha who must have heard of what happened with the first servant that was forgotten in his tarrying state, made the decision to follow to the end.
