More Than Enough

Happy new week guys, may your week smile for you always.

“For just as Christ’s sufferings are ours in abundance [as they overflow to His followers], so also our comfort [our reassurance, our encouragement, our consolation] is abundant through Christ [it is truly more than enough to endure what we must].”
2 CORINTHIANS 1:5 AMP

Guys I get that life can be very difficult, it can throw jabs and tantrums at you, it can even serve you a slice of sarcasm that you wonder if God is really seeing your trials. You feel that maybe just maybe it's not all worth it, the wait and faith. You feel like you're holding on to a thin thread and you might soon lose your grip.

Lemme break it to you, the trials are normal (normal because Christ went through it, and He didn't promise you anything less). However, as much as you partake in His sufferings so will you partake in the comfort that He alone can offer.

Now I like the end part that our comfort is enough that is if you feel it isn't enough then maybe you aren't accessing it's real depths, it overflows more than the trials we must  endure. Don't be deceived, the sufferings are things you have to go through once you have identified with Christ. Just tap into the comfort that you need.

Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror. I know how a lot of us go about in Word Conferences and be shouting "Hmm Rhema!" upandan, biko don't get annoyed but all the Rhema you've been getting what have you used it for exactly? Abi you are now a keeper that all you do is catch Rhema, without retaining possession of the Rhema you've received. The truth is that if we've put into practice all the Rhema we've received then we would have become better Christians. Hello, how are you guys doing. I have a story to share, so some time last month, in one day, we had two fire outbreaks in my house, a wall socket that we’ve never used before just caught fire, the other one caught fire and started to burn the curtain in the process.
