Hypocritical Hypocrites!

Buenos días amigos ha pasado mucho tiempo, anyways sha it's great to be back.

James 1:22-23
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror.

I know how a lot of us go about in Word Conferences and be shouting "Hmm Rhema!" upandan, biko don't get annoyed but all the Rhema you've been getting what have you used it for exactly? Abi you are now a keeper that all you do is catch Rhema, without retaining possession of the Rhema you've received. The truth is that if we've put into practice all the Rhema we've received then we would have become better Christians. I know someone is thinking that 'not all Rhema is for me', but wait, if the Rhema was not for you, why were you shouting Rhema in our ears depriving some of us from even hearing what the Rhema was.

I remember joining a group about sharing the gospel and I admit I've been disloyal anyway there was a call to change our ways and people started sending in crying emojis and sober emojis, while I don't condemn their reflections, why act all sober if you won't change. They nah called for another meeting, gbam! The crying emojians disappeared. I'm still not saying they are hypocrieWe have become such big and large hypocrites that even our hypocrisy is hypocritical. We keep listening and yet our lives are not getting better, leading people to doubt the Word whereas we are the ones to be doubted.

We deceive ourselves when we carry a lot of Rhemas in our journals whereas our lives are not living Rhemas, Jesus was both the Logos and the Rhemas and we saw it in His life's journey. Do not merely listen to the Word, do it, live it and act it.

Memoirs of a Christian.
