Weeding
Good day guys, I hope we're all having a blissful day. Is it just me or this month is unusually on a quick pace. Anyways, God is in control.
Hebrews 12:28-29 The Message (MSG) Do
you see what we’ve got? An unshakable kingdom! And do you see how
thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship,
deeply reverent before God. For God is not an indifferent bystander.
He’s actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and he
won’t quit until it’s all cleansed. God himself is Fire!
We have an unshakable and indestructible kingdom, so we are assured that after all the hustling and bustling here on earth we have a home that can't be unearthed, this is the most important reason to have hearts brimming with thanks and not just that but hearts that have a deep reverence and pay obeisance to God. For He sees our deepest intents, you can't fake your gratitude with God, you can't pay lip service to Him and think He won't notice.
He's not an indifferent bystander, but He's a patient observer, that constantly rids His kingdom of weeds and thorns that have grown around, cleans it up and burns them all in His fire. He can't stand uncleanness and so He doesn't stop sanitizing His kingdom, He starts a fire that only torches the unclean stuff. Let's not forget that He's the Ever Consuming Fire. His fire can come as a destructive weapon and it can come as weapon for revival.
It's your choice and attitude that determines the fire weapon you'll be encountering. Don't be a weed.
