His Word

Hi guys, hows the week going? Trust you are all doing good? Straight to the point:

Romans 3:3-4 Amplified Bible (AMP)
What then? If some did not believe or were unfaithful [to God], their lack of belief will not nullify and make invalid the faithfulness of God and His word, will it? Certainly not! Let God be found true [as He will be], though every person be found a liar, just as it is written [in Scripture], “THAT YOU MAY BE JUSTIFIED IN YOUR WORDS, AND PREVAIL WHEN YOU ARE JUDGED [by sinful men].”

This entire chapter has been bugging me, the different strokes and patterns with which Apostle Paul addressed some stringent matters is really nice. Lemme add my own little, some of us wonder why some unbelievers still thrive even though they don’t believe in Christ but that just brings me to this, God established the law of harvest. ‘ for everything you sow, you reap’, so if an unbeliever doing legit business, is a giver and a cheerful giver at that the law of harvest takes full effect on him. God will not because he’s an unbeliever, change the law of harvest. It’s the same reason why the rain falls and the sun shines on both good and bad people.

So don’t be surprised if there’s a false Pastor and a member with a genuine testimony, if the member were to be a new convert and was solely believing in God, even though under the ministration of a false prophet, God will not fail the new convert’s faith. That’s how God works, He will not because of the unfaithfulness of one be unfaithful to another. He won’t rescind on His promises because you messed up, His words will never return to Him void or without fulfilling what they were originally sent to do. This is because everyone can be a liar but God can’t lie, like Jesus, He didn’t change His mind about dying because His disciples deserted Him.
